Steven C. Wilds

Attorney Steven C. Wilds concentrates his practice in the areas of Commercial Real Estate; Business and Corporate Law; Commercial Financing; Buying and Selling of Businesses; Business Planning; and Estate and Trust Planning.

Mr. Wilds is a 1981 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and The Dickinson School of Law in 1984. He was admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania state courts in 1984, and he is a member of the Dauphin County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He is also a licensed Pennsylvania Title Insurance Agent.

Mr. Wilds has authored published articles on Section 1031 Like-Kind Exchanges of real estate and has lectured to members of the legal and real estate communities on the topic of 1031 Like-Kind Exchanges. In addition, Mr. Wilds and the firm routinely serve as Qualified Intermediaries and Exchange Accommodation Titleholders in tax deferred real estate exchanges.

Mr. Wilds serves as a Board Member and Officer of numerous community and charitable organizations, including currently serving as President of the Board of Directors of the Nativity School of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Mr. Wilds is a Past President of the Board of Trustees of the Ned Smith Center for Nature and Art in Millersburg, Pennsylvania, a former member of the Board of the Harrisburg Symphony Association, the Colonial Park Rotary Club, and Eagles Mere Friends of the Arts. Mr. Wilds also currently serves on the Capital Region Advisory Board of Fulton Bank.

Mr. Wilds and his wife, Sue, reside in Susquehanna Township, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
