Stephen J. Dzuranin

Attorney Stephen J. Dzuranin concentrates his practice in the areas of Condominium and Homeowner Associations; Real Estate; Liquor Law; Business and Corporate Law; Debt Collection Law; and Domestic Relations.

Mr. Dzuranin graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 1982 and from The Dickinson School of Law in 1988. He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania state courts, the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Middle District and Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Mr. Dzuranin has been a member of the Dauphin County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations during his entire career and is also a licensed Pennsylvania Title Insurance Agent.

Mr. Dzuranin has published articles on issues relevant to condominium and homeowner associations.  In addition, he has lectured at seminars addressing both legal and practical aspects of interest to private residential community associations. He is an active member of the Government Relations Committee and the Local Government Subcommittee of the Harrisburg Regional Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Title Issues and Records Committee of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association, and is involved with the Central PA Regional Council of Community Associations Institute.  Mr. Dzuranin is also active with the Sons of the American Legion, Squadron 730 in Penbrook.  He is the proud parent of two grown children and two grown stepchildren and is the grandparent of three grandchildren who were beloved by his late wife, Kathy.  He resides in Lower Paxton Township and enjoys sports, Penn State, and spending time with family and close friends.
