Attorney Jeffrey C. Clark practices in the areas of Commercial and Civil Litigation; Debt Collection; Municipal Zoning, and Land Use Law; Business and Corporate Law; Bankruptcy – Creditor’s Rights; Condominium and Homeowner Associations; Employment Law; and, Domestic Relations.
Mr. Clark is a graduate of Ithaca College and Penn State’s Dickinson Law School. At Dickinson, Mr. Clark was a member of the Appellate Moot Court Board and the Woolsack Honor Society. He was admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania state courts in 2002, and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Mr. Clark is also committed to supporting local children and serves as a Guardian Ad Litem representing childrens’ best interests in juvenile dependency proceedings.
Mr. Clark resides with his wife, Crystal, in Elizabethtown, PA, with their son, Gabriel.
Mr. Clark is a member of the Dauphin County Bar Association, and the Rotary Club of Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania.
